The Mission of the Office of Facilities Information Services Library is to provide a centralized research environment in which architects, contractors, engineers, project managers, faculty, staff, students and support personnel services can utilize the most current and accurate sources of facility information, as well as documents dated from the 1870's, in order to benefit our campus and their endeavors.
All documents are scanned into our computer system and logged into the database. The originals are then housed in secure vaults. Customers are free to browse through the reduced (18"x24") printed documents and may request any information or prints for their specific project.
We also work directly with the Project Managers of new projects to obtain the "Record Set Documents" in a cohesive package at the time of close-out. To achieve this valuable goal, we have established our "Record Set Deliverable Requirements".
